Livvie is wearing braids for the first time today and is quite enamored with them. Too bad they will probably only last for about an hour.

And Noelle is eagerly trying to pull herself to standing whenever she can. She scoots along on the ground pretty well now, too.

Liv missed her nap today and, at 6:20 p.m., this is what I found in the playroom.

Our litttle 9-month-old!

Today, sweet Noelle turned 9-months-old and I felt like celebrating.
She is incredible! She is starting to clap with a huge smile on her face. She loves the bath (especially when she can share it with her big sister). She is trying to pull herself to standing. She is even starting to kick her legs and move to the music while she watches Livvie dance. Noey is more fun everyday.

Awhile back, when I admitted to my midwife that I was having a hard time adjusting to mothering two children, she reassured me and said that it takes about 9 months to adjust to having a new baby. Well, we reached 9 months and Noelle has definitely established herself as a member of our family.
